TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Service

Liberty Turf agrees to provide professional lawn care services as outlined in your specific service agreement (e.g., Weed Control, Fertilization, Aeration, etc.). We use professional-grade products and industry-standard techniques tailored to the Georgia climate.

2. Continuous Service Policy

For your convenience and to ensure the best results for your lawn, our programs are continuous. This means we will automatically schedule your next application based on the optimal timing for your grass type. You are not locked into a long-term contract and may cancel at any time (see Section 6).

3. Property Access and Preparation

To provide the best service, we require:

  • Access: Gates must be unlocked on your scheduled service day. If we cannot access the backyard, we may treat the front yard only and charge a partial or full fee, or reschedule for a return trip fee.

  • Obstructions: The lawn should be clear of toys, pet waste, and lawn furniture.

  • Pets: Pets must be kept indoors during the application and remain off the lawn until the treatment is dry (usually 1-2 hours).

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Invoices are generated at the time of service.

  • Due Date: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late Fees: Accounts 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee or a suspension of service until the balance is cleared.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, and online payments.

5. Our Results Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Weed Control: Some stubborn weeds require multiple treatments to eradicate. If you do not see results after 14 days following an application, please call us.

  • Service Calls: For full-program customers, we offer free service calls between regularly scheduled visits to address specific concerns.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. To cancel, please contact us at 404-427-8487 or via email at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled visit. You will be responsible for payment for any services already rendered.

7. Liability

  • Underground Hazards: Liberty Turf is not responsible for damage to invisible fences, irrigation lines, or utility cables that are not buried at the proper depth or are not clearly marked by the homeowner prior to services like Aeration.

  • Weather: We monitor weather conditions closely. If we treat a lawn and an unexpected heavy rain occurs shortly after, we will re-treat the area at no additional cost if the effectiveness of the application was compromised.

8. Changes to Terms

Liberty Turf reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future services.
